STROLLING THROUGH BERLIN W/ STRELLSON

BERLIN, COLLECTION, COOPERATION, DESIGNER, OUTFIT, PRIVATE PHOTOS

After a little summer break of four weeks, an amazing travel to the Maldives (soon more on the blog) and lots of time without blogging and fashion thoughts I’m now full of fresh energy and enthusiasm for new and exciting projects. Sooooo let’s start this second half of 2015 with a cooperation I did together with the Swiss fashion label Strellson! When the brand asked me to make my mind up about my favorite not-so-famous and touristic spots in Berlin I couldn’t wait to jump into my super summery Strellson look, grab my camera and a friend and explore the city I have lived in for over three years now. Here we go!

parks
As Berlin is famous for its parks and green spaces plus being named the greenest (bigger) city of entire Germany I love to hang out with my friends outdoors during the summer. Geschichtspark Moabit is not only located very centrally next to the grand central station but also a true insiders’ tipp if you don’t want to relax in a too touristic and overcrowded place.
In the pictures down here I’m wearing a polo shirt and sandals by Strellson, shorts by Forever21 and sunglasses by London Retro.

ice cream
When I was a child I never was a fan of ice cream, sweets and chocolate. But since eating fancy ice cream flavors has become pretty popular in Berlin (just like eating Kimchi and drinking Moscow Mule lol) in the past few years and more and more Berlin-based ice cream manufactures have opened up for business I have become a big fan of enjoying unusual ice cream flavors like semolina pudding with rhubarb or strawberry-mojito. Yummmmm!

Talking about good food, there is no possible way to miss out on an eating spot like Quà Phê in Mitte. This cafe/lunch spot is called to be one of the most authentic vietnamese restaurants in Berlin and since my first visit there in December 2014 I’ve spent lots of tasty afternoons there, enjoying cold home made ice teas, bun baos with kohlrabi salad and the best rice soups with chicken ever made!

roof
Last but not least: I’m a huge fan of having way too expensive drinks on fancy rooftop locations and as Amano hotel is located in the center of the city with an amazing view over beautiful Mitte you can find me here quite often during the summer months. Nothing beats a relaxing afternoon with shopping followed by drinks (Moscow Mules maybe? ;)) and friends on top of a hotel – right?
